Al Awj Center for the Rehabilitation of the Handicap provides evidence-based care for children with autism and developmental needs. We are expanding our multidisciplinary team, and we are committed to delivering high-quality interventions that support both children and their families.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist with strong skills in administering standardized psychological and developmental assessments. The ideal candidate will contribute to accurate evaluations and support therapy planning, while working closely with our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret standardized assessments such as Stanford Binet-5, CARS-2, and Conners-4.

• Support the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans.
• Provide therapy sessions for children with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in case discussions with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in conducting standardized psychological and developmental assessments.
• Eligibility for licensing with the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH).
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Bonus: BCBA or Assistant BCBA certification.
