Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the reception desk is always manned, greet patients, usher and guide them according to clinical pathways, and respond to their needs promptly.
  • Communication: Provide accurate verbal and written information, answer queries about services, and handle telephone inquiries professionally and politely within five rings, adhering to established protocols.
  • Patient Safety and Feedback: Ensure patient and visitor safety by following emergency protocols and encourage feedback through satisfaction surveys.
  • Payment Management: Collect payments accurately at the cash desk and double-check doubtful transactions.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Administrator Manager with smooth administrative operations, maintain the availability of medical notes, and organize documents effectively.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Uphold privacy, dignity, and confidentiality in all interactions, ensuring compliance with data protection legislation and internal policies.
  • Quality and Audit Participation: Engage in quality audits and comply with HCA requirements to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A graduate degree is preferred; experience in a medical environment is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional customer care and face-to-face interaction abilities.
  • Capability to work flexibly under pressure, collaborating effectively with team members and external contacts.
