Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and empathy
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups
  • Maintain and organize medical records and documentation
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with physicians and healthcare staff
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and front desk tasks efficiently
  • Prepare and manage reports, letters, and administrative documents
  • Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of patient information

Qualifications:

  • Saudi National (Female) – In line with national hiring regulations
  • Diploma or certification in Medical Secretary or related field
  • Previous experience in medical or administrative secretarial roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethics
