Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MRD/Admin Assistant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The MRD/Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing medical records, providing administrative support, handling phone calls, maintaining clerical tasks, and supporting executive administrative functions. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of medical records management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
