We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record in the Radiology field, who possesses a strong existing network of referring doctors in Dubai and across the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the clinic’s radiology referrals, fostering relationships with medical professionals, and developing strategies to increase patient flow and revenue.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business growth strategies specifically for the Radiology Department (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Mammography, etc.).
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, clinics, and hospitals.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand referral sources.
• Regularly visit doctors and medical centers to promote Shiraz Medical Center’s radiology services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns for doctors and patients.
• Monitor and analyze referral performance data and prepare regular reports for management.
• Work closely with the radiology and administrative teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Attend medical events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the clinic.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development within a radiology department or diagnostic center.
• Strong network of doctors and healthcare professionals across Dubai and UAE.
• Proven ability to drive referral growth and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare market and DHA regulations.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
