We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who can drive real business growth, not just build partnerships, but actively generate new revenue through strategic collaborations and wellness initiatives.Job Overview

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for growing Healthagon’s client base and increasing clinic revenue.

This includes developing collaborations that lead to patient referrals, wellness programs, and corporate activations.

The focus is on creating business opportunities that bring measurable financial results and long-term growth.Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify and approach gyms, clubs, trainers, and corporate companies to promote Healthagon’s services.
  • Develop and execute plans that generate new clients, service contracts, and referral business.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into paying clients.
  • Work with the marketing team to create sales-driven promotions and campaigns.

Corporate Wellness & Events

  • Organize corporate wellness activities such as health talks, posture assessments, and on-site physiotherapy programs.
  • Coordinate with HR and wellness teams to create initiatives that drive engagement and business.
  • Represent Healthagon at networking events, exhibitions, and community activities to generate leads.

Reporting & Market Insight

  • Track and report on leads, conversions, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Suggest creative business strategies to support continuous growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in healthcare, fitness, or wellness).
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and meet business targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
