Job Overview:

GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular & Radiology Technician to support our diagnostic and imaging services. You will perform both cardiovascular and radiology procedures to ensure accurate results and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic procedures such as:
  • Electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG)
  • Holter monitoring
  • Treadmill stress testing
  • Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM)
  • Ankle-brachial index (ABI)
  • Vascular ultrasounds (if trained)
  • Echocardiogram
  • Stress test
  • VO2 Max
  • Remote data/monitoring
  • Handle administrative tasks, including patient documentation, scheduling, and data entry related to imaging and cardiovascular procedures
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
  • Follow safety protocols, infection control standards, and radiation protection guidelines.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.
  • Assist in triaging patients for cardiac evaluations as part of the diabetes risk assessment.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Radiology, Cardiovascular Technology, or equivalent
  • DHA license or eligibility as a Cardiovascular Technician in Dubai (or relevant authority).
  • Experience in both cardiovascular procedures and radiology imaging preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Experience working with patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular physiology and non-invasive testing protocols.
  • Ability to prepare reports and handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and patient-centered environment
