Provide professional, effective care while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
Conduct thorough evaluations in line with established protocols
Maintain accurate patient records, documenting attendance, treatment frequency, and content of consultations
Utilize standardized measurement techniques, including joint range of motion (ROM) assessments, muscle strength testing, and functional coordination evaluations
Set clear, achievable treatment goals and design tailored rehabilitation programs for patients
Apply appropriate supportive and assistive devices, ensuring patient safety and equipment protection
Involve patients and their families in the treatment planning process, obtaining their consent and understanding
Administer treatment modalities at appropriate dosages and duration, adjusting as needed based on ongoing assessments
Assist with clerical tasks related to the Physical Therapy Department as required
Participate actively in Directors’ meetings and other hospital-wide discussions and committees
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, with expertise in physical medicine and rehabilitation
Degree in Physical Therapy
Valid license to practice in the country of origin
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Proven managerial skills and experience
