Conduct comprehensive physical evaluations for adult patients seeking medical attention for illnesses, injuries, or other health concerns
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab reports, imaging, EKGs, and other screenings, to facilitate accurate diagnoses
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition and symptoms
Perform minor surgical and non-surgical procedures as required
Prescribe medications in accordance with federal and state regulations, performing regular drug and therapy utilization reviews to ensure optimal patient care and prevent conflicts
Participate in interdisciplinary healthcare team meetings to discuss patient care and collaborate on treatment strategies
Work a flexible schedule, including four 10-hour shifts per week and occasional on-call responsibilities
Requirements
A minimum of three years of professional experience in internal medicine
Doctorate in Medicine with a specialization in Internal Medicine
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine
Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team members
Ability to perform accurately and efficiently in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
