Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor specifically tailored for a dental practice. The position is located in Dubai. The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer support, and managing the customer service team. Daily tasks include supervising staff, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and implementing customer service policies.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Customer Service Management experience
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Dentist is a plus
