Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Dubai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions, including answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, providing support to patients, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong focus on improving the customer experience.

• Experience in Reception and Call Center
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Previous experience in healthcare or medical fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
