Somerset Clinic Dubai Healthcare City is a Pediatric and multi-specialty medical center, started in 2012, very lively active and advanced center. we are looking for enthusiastic, happy presentable brilliant English speaker receptionist to start as soon as possible.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a front desk receptionist for a medical center and customer service representative at Somerset Clinic Dubai Healthcare City, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

You will be responsible for handling phone calls, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, billing, and ensuring the front desk operations run smoothly. Daily tasks will also include providing excellent customer service, assisting with clerical duties, and maintaining the reception area to meet the clinic’s professional standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and mastering Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills for managing patient records and scheduling appointments
• Excellent Communication skills in ENGLISH for interaction with patients and clinic staff
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive patient experience
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor
• Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is essential
• University diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration or related field is preferred
• Able to start ASAP is very important . part time is considered
