Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Business Development Manager (Aesthetic Clinic). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Daily tasks include conducting market research, managing client accounts, coordinating with different departments, and creating reports on business progress. The individual will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring the clinic’s services reach a broader audience.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, client relationship management, and market research
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Good understanding of the healthcare and aesthetic clinic industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AESTHETIC CLINICS NEEDED
