Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct immediate assessments of patients presenting to the emergency room and oversee their recovery process
  • Perform follow-up evaluations to monitor patient conditions and progress
  • Order necessary diagnostic tests and formulate treatment plans based on results
  • Create comprehensive and effective patient care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Refer patients to relevant specialists as required for further treatment
  • Ensure patients are stable before facilitating their transfer to the appropriate departments for additional evaluation
  • Provide discharge instructions and complete all necessary documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
  • Collaborate with various emergency department teams to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate care

Requirements

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in an accredited residency program
  • Valid medical license to practice
  • Extensive knowledge of contemporary medical treatments and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to think critically and act swiftly in high-stress situations
  • Completion of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) training
