Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Emergency Medical Services Supervisor located in Dubai. The EMS Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the emergency medical services team, providing prehospital care, and managing paramedic and EMT staff. The role also involves ensuring the availability and readiness of ambulances and related equipment, as well as coordinating with hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills relevant to managing EMS teams
• Prehospital Care experience and knowledge
• Qualified as a Paramedic or EMT
• Familiarity with Ambulance operations and readiness
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in high-stress environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in healthcare management is a plus
