Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager based in AJMAN. The Clinic Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure patient satisfaction, monitor budgets, and maintain compliance with medical regulations. Additional responsibilities include training new staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining effective communication within the clinic team.

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Budgeting and Financial Management skills
• Medical knowledge and ability to oversee clinical operations
• Experience in staff Training and Development
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in a medical or clinical setting is a plus
