Job Description

This key leadership role will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflow, and a positive patient experience. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing clinic staff, collaborating with medical teams, and ensuring that all regulatory and compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinic Operations Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring optimal patient flow, efficient scheduling, and seamless coordination of services.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, supervise, and develop a team of administrative and medical support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Patient Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining a patient-focused approach to healthcare.
  • Compliance & Quality: Monitor and enforce adherence to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and clinic policies to meet the highest standards of care.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing the clinic’s budget, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for financial efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hospital leadership, physicians, and medical staff to improve clinic processes and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinic setting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in both Arabic & English is required.
