Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Marketing Unit Management:
- Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve set objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive annual marketing plans that support the center’s vision and overall strategic direction.
- Coordinate marketing activities between different departments within the center to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent execution.
Launching Advertising Campaigns:
- Design, implement, and manage advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and social media.
- Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure that all campaigns meet high standards of quality and creativity.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes and maximize return on investment.
Content Design:
- Oversee the creation and design of promotional materials, ensuring they align with the center’s identity and effectively communicate key services.
- Work closely with design teams to produce visual content that resonates with target audiences and attracts potential clients.
- Write engaging and effective marketing copy that accurately reflects the center’s values and services, appealing to both existing and potential clients.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize various analytical tools to monitor campaign performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide periodic reports to management on campaign results, key insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
- Conduct market research to gather insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
Community Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with the local community to increase awareness of the center’s services and its impact on the community’s well-being.
- Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and outreach programs to engage potential clients and raise the center’s visibility.
- Collaborate with local institutions, organizations, and influencers to enhance the center’s presence and reputation within the community.
Team Training and Development:
- Develop and nurture the skills of marketing team members through training, mentoring, and regular feedback.
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence within the team to ensure the development of cutting-edge marketing campaigns.
- Set individual and team performance objectives, monitor progress, and evaluate results to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or rehabilitation sector.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Creative thinking and the ability to innovate in developing marketing strategies and content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions.
