Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Marketing Unit Management:

  • Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve set objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop comprehensive annual marketing plans that support the center’s vision and overall strategic direction.
  • Coordinate marketing activities between different departments within the center to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent execution.

Launching Advertising Campaigns:

  • Design, implement, and manage advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and social media.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure that all campaigns meet high standards of quality and creativity.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes and maximize return on investment.

Content Design:

  • Oversee the creation and design of promotional materials, ensuring they align with the center’s identity and effectively communicate key services.
  • Work closely with design teams to produce visual content that resonates with target audiences and attracts potential clients.
  • Write engaging and effective marketing copy that accurately reflects the center’s values and services, appealing to both existing and potential clients.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize various analytical tools to monitor campaign performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide periodic reports to management on campaign results, key insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.

Community Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with the local community to increase awareness of the center’s services and its impact on the community’s well-being.
  • Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and outreach programs to engage potential clients and raise the center’s visibility.
  • Collaborate with local institutions, organizations, and influencers to enhance the center’s presence and reputation within the community.

Team Training and Development:

  • Develop and nurture the skills of marketing team members through training, mentoring, and regular feedback.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence within the team to ensure the development of cutting-edge marketing campaigns.
  • Set individual and team performance objectives, monitor progress, and evaluate results to ensure goals are met and exceeded.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or rehabilitation sector.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to innovate in developing marketing strategies and content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions.
