• Address client inquiries and concerns, fostering client satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement wellness programs
• Monitor and analyze practice performance metrics, driving continuous improvement
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in practice management, preferably within a healthcare or wellness setting
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational proficiency with a keen attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills to support decision-making and process improvements
