Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ICU Manager based in Alexandria. The ICU Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, managing patient care plans, collaborating with medical professionals, implementing standards of care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols. The role also involves optimizing patient outcomes by ensuring high standards of critical care and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise Critical Care Medicine
• Strong experience in Management,
• Commitment to providing Quality Patient Care and ensuring positive health outcomes
• In-depth understanding of clinical practices in Medicine within an ICU environment
• Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Alexandria
• MD degree in Critical Care Medicine; advanced certifications in critical care
• Previous experience in managing an ICU setting preferred
