Marketing Manager (Healthcare / Digital & Offline)

We are seeking a highly driven 360 Marketing Manager to support our continued growth and lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels for one of key facilities as well as support several clinics. This role requires excellent communication skills as daily engagement with key stakeholders and physicians is a must. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of up to date digital marketing trends including but not limited to GEO, applications of AI in marketing, advanced SEO, Google PPC, paid social (including Meta, Tiktok, etc) content strategy and performance/data analysis. Graphic design and video editing is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns that align with the Group’s strategic goals and service lines.
  • Manage performance marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, Display, YouTube,
  • Contribute to GEO and SEO strategy and coordinate with internal and external teams to drive organic traffic and keyword dominance across specialties.
  • Social media posting and reporting
  • Track KPIs across marketing channels, ensuring continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion metrics.
  • Engage daily with doctors and physicians to generate ideas for new campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a 360 marketing role (healthcare experience preferred but not essential).
  • Proven track record in SEO, PPC, and digital performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in Google Analytics and data analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of AI-driven tools for creative content and media generation (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred but not essential

  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred
  • Basic understanding of web development/coding
  • Graphic design and video editing
