Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide administrative support to the Quality and Patient Safety function for the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

To provide efficient document control and related administrative services to the Quality and Patient safety department

Maintain and update the company policy database and ensure a system is in place for policy renewals

Implement and drive document governance procedures and related administration

Communicate relevant policy changes and updates according to company standard

Required Education

A relevant Bachelor’s degree or related formal qualification

Required Experience

At least 2 years’ hospital experience or relevant experience in a healthcare setting

Relevant quality and patient safety experience in healthcare

Required Job Skills And Knowledge

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Computer Literacy (Mircosoft)
  • Quality improvement processes and procedures
  • Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards
  • Document management principles
