Job Summary:

The Rejection Officer is responsible for handling rejected claims , preparation of claims rejection analysis Reports , denial replies to the insurance companies and ensuring proper communication of rejection reasons with the concerned departments either medical and/or technical

Job Responsibility:

– Review rejected claims based on set criteria and guidelines.

– Communicate medical and technical rejection reasons clearly and professionally to other departments .

– Offer constructive feedback to avoid rejections.

– Work closely with team members to ensure consistent and fair rejection processes.

– Maintain records of rejection reasons for reporting purposes.

Skills :.

– Bachelor’s degree a medical field or equivalent . – Previous experience in claims rejection management is a must . – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. – Ability to handle rejection situations professionally and with empathy.

– Microsoft Office and computer skills
