Job responsibilities:
• Verify patient’s Insurance eligibility, coverage, copayment and deductible terms, and out-of-pocket expenses.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations.
• Proficiency in medical billing systems and claim portals.
• Ensure usage of appropriate medical codes for approvals and billing of services.
• Handle OP Insurance approvals, claims, timely submissions and management of rejections, timely reconciliation, and all necessary follow ups.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for approvals and justifications.
• Promptly resolve claim-related queries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of approvals, claims and denials.
• Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations, policies, and procedures ro maintain compliance and efficiency.
• Assist with insurance related billing and finances.
• Insurance empanelment
• Ensuring that given targets and KPIs are met within specified timeline.
☆ Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare Insurance Experience in Dubai is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Pro-active, a team player and organized
• Must be present in Dubai and ready to join immediately
☆ Salary: AED 5000-6000 (Based on experience)
