Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Insurance (Medical) located in Sharjah. The Head of Insurance will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the medical insurance department. This includes handling finance, insurance policies, actuarial science, and claims management. Additionally, the role involves leading and managing a team, ensuring compliance with insurance regulations, and developing strategies to optimize insurance performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance and Insurance
• Knowledge of Actuarial Science
• Skills in Claims Management
• Experience in Team Management and leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Sharjah
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
