We’re hiring a Medical Network Lead!

Responsibilities:

Negotiate and conclude provider contracts and tariffs in line with UAE regulatory requirements (DOH/DHA/HAAD).

Build and manage strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers.

Conduct provider visits, meetings, and audits to ensure compliance and service quality.

Monitor provider performance, resolve escalations, and support claims and audit teams.

Contribute to network expansion and strategic initiatives that improve healthcare delivery.

Achieve cost containment targets

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in provider contracting, network management, or healthcare operations in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations (DOH/DHA/MOH).

Familiarity with tariffs, DRGs, CPT, ICD-10 coding, eClaimLink, Shafafiya, Riayati.

Skills:

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
