🧪 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate and safe venipuncture and specimen collection.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of samples.
• Provide a calm, supportive experience for patients during procedures.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Support laboratory operations and documentation.

🎓 Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Valid DHA license or eligibility as Phlebotomist.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Excellent patient interaction and communication skills.
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
