Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lab Admin Coordinator to support our laboratory operations through report preparation, documentation management, procurement, inventory control, and basic accounting assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient coordination between the laboratory and administrative departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and write building materials test reports according to approved company formats.
- Classify, file, and maintain both soft and hard copies of all reports in an organized and traceable manner.
- Organize and manage the archive room according to reference papers for all tests.
- Submit reports to the Administrative Manager or his representative for review and final signature.
- Assist the Quality Engineer/Administrator in disposing of old copies as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
- Handle purchasing and procurement of laboratory consumables, materials, and supplies.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as petty cash handling, invoice submissions, and payment follow-ups.
- Cooperate with colleagues and support the smooth operation of laboratory administration.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
- Experience in a laboratory, technical, or construction company preferred.
- Basic understanding of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 documentation requirements.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word).
- Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
