Planning and visiting doctors as per target visits per tier.
Establishing long term relationships with dermatologists and designated medical professionals to ensure medical knowledge, product promotion and business growth.
Ensure to engage & increase loyalty of KOLs to Galderma.
Building & maintain company image as the leader in dermatology in the respective working areas and territories.
Ensure items availability in all target accounts especially the key accounts.
Close monitoring for Galderma stocks level to guarantee availability with optimum stock level and avoid stock rupture situation
Implement company marketing plan that may include; o Making detailing and presentations to health professional’s staff to ensure delivery of company medical, marketing messages and success of campaigns. o Organizing meetings and AV actions for doctors / pharmacists as planned by the company.
Keeping up to date with the latest data & product knowledge supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during visits or presentations
Best allocation for company resources (time, marketing expenses, samples) in liaison with Line Manager.
Reviewing sales performance and develop & implement needed action plans with manager.
Submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, techniques, etc.
Handling customer (Doctor or pharmacist) complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
Collect any pharmacovigilance reports and report them to HQ.
Ensure 100% compliance with company legal and compliance policies and in adherence with country laws and regulations.
Consistently have an integrated dermatology strategy mindset and utilize in day to day roles & responsibilities in current role.
Educate healthcare professionals on the IDS approach by promoting GALDERMA’s complete treatment solutions to improve patient outcomes.
Strategically position products as part of a holistic regimen to maximize cross-selling opportunities and boost sales
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (science/ pharmacy) or equivalent experience/qualification
Licensed pharmacist- eligible to practice in KSA
Valid Healthcare License is Mandatory
Saudi National is mandatory
Fluent in English and Arabic
At least 2 -3 years of working experience in the sales field in a multinational Pharmaceutical industry is required for this position.
Solid sales experience with a track record of developing, engaging customers and delivering on company targets.
Must be achieving 100% or more target achievement in last 2-3 years.
Must be analytical, detailed, passionate, organized and systematic.
Experience in territory and distributor management is an added advantage
