Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

To support the sales team in their day-to-day operations, manage sales documentation, coordinate between internal departments and clients, and ensure that sales activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to meet the company’s sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales documentation and records, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
  • Coordinate sales activities and schedules, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients and resolution of any issues.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, including tracking sales performance and providing regular updates to the sales manager.
  • Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services to clients.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, including customer service, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and help with product information, order status, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.

Experience, Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Good understanding of Power BI, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization)
  • Experience in data analytics and ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capability.
  • Detail-oriented and methodical approach
  • Team collaboration and some project management experience or skills.
