Bizrahmed is a premier healthcare institution specializing in plastic surgery, ENT, and hair restoration. With a commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care, we are looking to expand our surgical team with a skilled Scrub Nurse to support our plastic surgeons across the Operating Theatre (OT) and outpatient settings.Role Summary

We are seeking a Scrub Nurse who will work closely with our plastic surgeons as a first assistant and scrub nurse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical nursing, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent clinical and communication skills. This is a full-time, in-house role, and we are looking for candidates who are ready to join immediately.Key Responsibilities

• Act as first assistant and scrub nurse during plastic surgery procedures
• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and operating rooms
• Assist the surgeon during procedures in both Operating Theatre (OT) and Outpatient Clinics (OPD)
• Support pre- and post-operative care, including changing garments and wound care
• Take and record vital signs, perform ECGs, and assist with patient monitoring
• Update patient medical records and assist with clinical documentation
• Order and manage stock of surgical supplies and medical consumables
• Maintain inventory, track usage, and ensure timely reordering
• Provide patient support and guidance throughout their surgical journey

Requirements

• Valid DHA Registered Nurse License (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Scrub Nurse, preferably in plastic or aesthetic surgery
• Proven experience assisting in OT procedures and surgical patient care
• Familiarity with surgical instruments and aseptic techniques
• Strong organizational and stock management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Fluency in English; other language skills are an advantage
