We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Specialist to join our team and drive sales activities across UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid medical background and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell the company’s medical products within assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, hospitals, and medical professionals.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions in medical facilities.
• Identify new business opportunities and support marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent follow-up on customer inquiries.
• Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to management.
• Support product launches and participate in relevant exhibitions, workshops, and conferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a medical, pharmaceutical, or any related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience in the medical or healthcare sector (UAE experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of email and business correspondence etiquette.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures, instruments, and operating room protocols.

Preferred Qualifications (a Plus):
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Experience in Surgical Operation Theatres or similar medical environments.
