Planning and visiting doctors as per target visits per tier.
Establishing long term relationships with dermatologists and designated medical professionals to ensure brand loyalty and business growth.
Ensure to engage & increase loyalty of KOLs to Galderma.
Building & maintain company image as the leader in dermatology in the respective working areas and territories. Ensure items availability in all target accounts especially the key accounts.
Close monitoring for Galderma stocks level to guarantee availability with optimum stock level and avoid stock rupture situation
Implement company marketing plan that may include;
Making detailing and presentations to health professional’s staff to ensure delivery of company marketing messages and success of campaigns.
Organizing meetings and AV actions for doctors / pharmacists as planned by the company.
Keeping up to date with the latest data & product knowledge supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during visits or presentations.
Best allocation for company resources (time, marketing expenses, samples) in liaison with Line Manager.
Reviewing sales performance and develop & implement needed action plans with manager.
Submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, techniques, etc.
Handling customer (Doctor or pharmacist) complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
Comply with all regulations & internal Galderma policies regarding interactions with healthcare professionals.
Adhere to related laws, regulations, Galderma Code of Ethics, and any other applicable Codes and SOPs.
Ensure compliance to Galderma policies and procedures
Ensures excellent medical knowledge related to his/her disease area and product.
Consistently have an integrated dermatology strategy mindset and utilize in day to day roles & responsibilities in current role.
Collect any pharmacovigilance reports and report them to HQ.
Minimum Requirements
Pharmacist with strong Sales experience from a multinational pharmaceutical
At least 4 -5 years of working experience in the sales field in the pharmaceutical or consumer industry is required for this position.
Solid sales experience with a track record of developing, engaging customers and delivering on company targets.
Must be analytical, detailed, passionate, organized and systematic.
Experience in territory and distributor management is an added advantage
English written and spoken fluency are a must.
Arabic an added advantage
