We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Arabic-speaking Receptionist to join our dynamic corporate team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and office supplies
• Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written)
• A people person with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a corporate or front desk role preferred
• Well-organized, reliable, and detail oriented

Work Location:

Dubai Investment Park (DIP) / Dubai Industrial City (DIC)
