Develop tailored exercise regimens to help rehabilitated athletes regain strength, flexibility, and performance
Requirements
A degree in medicine or a related field
Valid state medical license
At least three years of experience in sports medicine
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with athletes and healthcare teams
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, nutritionists, general practitioners, coaches, and physiologists
Creative problem-solving abilities and excellent critical thinking skills
Expertise in providing research-based strategies and counseling to athletes, enhancing their recovery and performance
