SENSATION STATION is a multi-disciplinary private Intervention & Therapy Centre located in Dubai, UAE. The centre provides services for children with Special Needs, Developmental Delays, and Learning Challenges, alongside supporting their families, schools, and nurseries. Equipped with a sensory gym, multi-sensory “Snoezelen” room, and purpose-built therapy rooms, the centre offers Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and various early intervention and learning programs. Licensed under the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Sensation Station also conducts CPD training, workshops, and parent talks to further support the community.

Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Speech And Language Therapist based in Dubai, allowing for some work from home flexibility. The Speech And Language Therapist will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, including dysphagia. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress.

Qualifications

• Skills in Speech Therapy and treating Speech Disorders
• Experience with Dysphagia, Communication Disorders, and Language Disorders
• Strong ability to diagnose and develop treatment plans for various speech and language disorders
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant certification and licensure in Speech and Language Therapy
• Experience in pediatric therapy and early intervention is a plus
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy
