Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) based in Jeddah. The primary responsibilities include conducting behaviour assessments, developing and implementing behaviour intervention plans, and providing supervision to Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs). The role also involves delivering Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) interventions, collaborating with families to provide parent education, and monitoring the progress of clients to ensure effective outcomes. The BCBA will work in a supportive environment with opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Behaviour Analysis and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
• Strong skills in Parent Education and Behaviour Management
• Background in Psychology and related behavioural sciences
• Experience working with children, young people, and families
• Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience working in a therapeutic or clinical setting is a plus
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practices
