Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ABA Specialist will be responsible for assessing and implementing individualized treatment programs for clients, providing direct therapy, and monitoring progress. The role involves collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and alignment in behavior support plans. Additionally, the ABA Specialist will maintain detailed records, analyze data to track progress, and adjust interventions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles, behavior modification techniques, and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Skills in designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and conducting functional behavior assessments.
• Collaboration and communication skills, including working with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment objectives.
• Record-keeping, data collection, analysis, and proficiency in using these insights to revise treatment programs effectively.
• Having a professional certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (e.g., BCBA or BCaBA) is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental/special needs is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is highly desirable.
