NOVANOS is Hiring: Key Account Manager (Aesthetics) – Dubai
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow our key accounts within the aesthetic and medical cosmetics sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong market knowledge, an existing network with clinics and doctors, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE market
• Proven experience in Aesthetic / Medical Cosmetics / Dermatology / Injectables
• Strong existing network with clinics, doctors, and key decision-makers
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of account management and long-term client growth
• Professional, presentable, and confident personality

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop assigned key accounts
• Build long-term strategic relationships with clinics and key partners
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics)
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
