Assistant Manager – Finance

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Assistant Manager – Finance. The role includes managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Key responsibilities also involve preparing financial reports, coordinating audits, and improving financial controls. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Strong skills in Financial Reporting and Audit Coordination
• Experience in Financial Analysis and Decision Support
• Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA, or CMA certification preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry, is highly advantageous
