Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Specialist – Marketing to lead the planning and execution of exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, and media communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in event management and media coordination, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and high-impact brand activations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute exhibitions, conferences, product launches, and corporate events.
- Manage vendors, stand builders, suppliers, and oversee all event logistics.
- Supervise on-ground event execution to ensure seamless operations and high-quality delivery.
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful product launches and brand activations.
- Ensure brand consistency and high standards across all event touchpoints.
2. Media & Communications
- Manage media relations and coordinate closely with PR agencies.
- Prepare press releases, media kits, corporate announcements, and communication materials.
- Oversee live social media coverage during events, including real-time updates and content coordination.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor media coverage, track brand visibility, and prepare media performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6- 7 years of marketing experience with strong exposure to event management and media handling.
- Proven experience managing exhibitions or large-scale corporate events.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Experience in the healthcare or technology sector is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
