Cleopatra Hospitals Group is Hiring Admin Executive in the following units (Emergency, OR, ICU, Radiology, CCU and Inpatient)

Responsibilities:-

  • Coordinate daily administrative operations within assigned hospital units (Emergency, ICU, CCU, OR, and Inpatient departments).
  • Monitor patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes to ensure accurate documentation and timely system updates.
  • Organize and maintain medical and administrative files necessary for daily operations.
  • Coordinate with medical staff, nursing teams, and support departments to facilitate smooth workflow and patient care operations.
  • Maintain a complete filing system for the assigned unit.
  • Prepare and print reports, official letters, administrative instructions, and other documents as required.
  • Print all unit and patient-related reports such as medical history, consultation reports, diet lists, and other related documentation.
  • Record and enter all daily patient supplies and consumables into the system.
  • Complete patient discharge procedures, coordinate with the Accounts Department, and ensure the medical discharge report is printed and delivered on time.
  • Prepare the monthly requisition for medical supplies for the assigned unit based on the nursing team’s requirements.
  • Handle administrative correspondence, internal communications, and documentation related to the assigned unit.
  • Follow up on patient service requests, complaints, or operational issues and escalate them.
  • Coordinate with billing, insurance, and finance departments regarding patient files and service documentation when required.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital accreditation processes.

Requirement:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in secretarial or administrative work.
  • Good command of Arabic and English typing and correspondence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Good knowledge of computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
