Associate Creative Director

Job Mission:

Successful candidate will be coordinating with teams across the organization -under the direction of Art & Creative Director- to understand teams’ design needs and building their creative strategy accordingly. In each of these projects, Job Holder will ensure that outcomes are on budget, within brand, and incorporating current design trends.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership & Strategy

Lead the transformation of complex client objectives into innovative, multi‑platform creative campaigns.

Own and articulate the creative vision for integrated 360° campaigns, spanning digital, social, ATL, and experiential channels.

Collaborate closely with the Art & Creative Director to shape the agency’s creative direction and maintain consistent brand expression across all touchpoints.

Concept Development & Copywriting

Develop original creative concepts and ensure strong execution across integrated campaigns.

Write high‑impact copy for a wide range of formats—including brand manifestos, digital content, social media, long‑form storytelling, and conceptual campaign lines.

Conceptualize and script compelling narratives for video, TV, and audio, ensuring alignment between written storylines and visual storyboards.

Content Production & Craft Excellence

Oversee and guide the production process for photo shoots, video shoots, and other content creation activities; directing experience is considered a strong asset.

Apply strong visual and storytelling judgment with the ability to assess and refine design, copy, and creative layouts.

Utilize editing, color correction, and AI‑powered creative tools to enhance content quality when needed.

Client Collaboration & Presentation

Present creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating strategic rationale and creative impact.

Defend creative decisions effectively while remaining open to constructive feedback and iterative improvement.

Project & Team Management

Supervise multiple concurrent projects, ensuring all deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and the highest quality standards.

Offer mentorship and direction to creative teams to ensure cohesive execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications (Educational Background & Preferred Work Experience )

  • Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline
  • Strong portfolio related field.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong creative mind.
  • Good command of Arabic and English languages
  • Not less than 10+ years of professional experience in the same field.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, copywriting techniques and design principles.
  • Ability to lead creative teams in crafting copy and visuals for all type of platforms and creative techniques.
  • Strong copywriting ability paired with a refined visual sensibility across campaigns and brand identities.
  • Proven capacity to deliver breakthrough creative concepts and translate them into fully integrated campaigns across platforms.
  • Ability to lead creative teams in crafting copy and visuals for all type of platforms and creative techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
