• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation of education sessions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
• Conduct follow-up sessions to assess patient understanding and compliance.
• Stay updated with current diabetes management guidelines and best practices.
• Participate in community awareness programs and health campaigns when required.
