Administrative & Logistical Support: Manage the office complex calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reports. Handle correspondence, prepare meeting materials, and ensure the GM is well-prepared for all engagements.
Meeting & Communication Coordination: Organize and document key internal and external meetings. Act as a communication hub, ensuring clear and timely information flow between the GM, local team, and headquarters.
Cross-Cultural Operational Bridge: Facilitate smooth communication between Saudi and Chinese/English-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clarity and cultural nuance in all interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Languages, or a related field.
Up to 2 years of professional experience in an administrative, coordination, or assistant role. Experience in an international company is a strong plus.
Exceptional fluency in Arabic and professional working proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Chinese is a significant advantage.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced start-up environment. Interest in the healthcare or technology sector is preferred.
