Job Description

To provide field support to end-users using our devices and products, to install, troubleshoot, maintain and service the products, to continuously train end-users, provide full technical and administrative support to ensure full performance of the products, liaise with suppliers for successful implementation and running of the project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide clinical and application support for patient monitoring systems, anesthesia machines, and ventilation devices across ICU, OR, ER, and PACU.
  • Install, commission, configure, and troubleshoot patient monitoring, anesthesia, and ventilation equipment.
  • Deliver hands-on clinical application training to doctors, nurses, anesthesia teams, and biomedical engineers.
  • Provide on-site clinical support during live cases and procedures to ensure safe and optimal device usage.
  • Act as first-level (Tier 1) technical and clinical support and escalate complex issues to suppliers or internal technical teams when required.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for software updates, recalls, technical bulletins, and corrective actions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and clinical trials for patient monitoring, ventilation, and anesthesia systems.
  • Ensure proper documentation, handover, and user sign-off after installations and trainings.
  • Provide on-call technical and application support to end-users when required.
  • Support Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs, workshops, and training sessions in coordination with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and commissioning.
  • Manage and track demo equipment related to patient monitoring, ventilation, and anesthesia
    • Follow up shipment status of the ordered items from the supplier
    • Promotes & updates company’s products to customers on regular basis and attends to their concerns & issues.
    • Ensure proper transfer of information from clients to suppliers and vice versa.
    • Conduct demonstrations of products to customers
    • Provide application support for all relevant products.
    • Provide technical on-call support to end-users
    • Organize Continuous Medical Education, training and workshops for end-users in coordination with suppliers
    • Participate in relevant trade shows
    • Evaluating and differentiating all the features and benefits of the product and get them approved by the business unit manager
    • Complete coordination with other local & international vendors involved in the Project
    • Takes action on basic customer related issues within the guidelines, however reports complex issues to next level for quick action & swift resolution.
    • Responsible for reviewing and maintaining the inventory of the department.
    • Ensure timely invoicing, deliveries and installation of demo related products at Customer site.
    • Assist, if needed to, in timely collections of debts in coordination with Finance team
    • Provide management team with details on upcoming projects, opportunities, sales & ways to achieve growth.

Desired Skills and Experience

JOB REQUIREMENT: Bachelor degree in Biomedical engineering, or relevant fields. Very organized and hard worker. Excellent in English Can work under stress. Strong Selling, communication, Presentation, and team working skills. Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in OR, ICU and Hospitals. Very organized and hard worker. Excellent in English.
