ADAMAH Medical Center is seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering advanced facial and skincare treatments, committed to high standards of hygiene, patient care, and customer satisfaction, and confident in consultation and sales of treatment plans and skincare products.Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional skin and facial treatments, including:
• HydraFacial, deep cleansing facials, oxygen facials, Dermapen (microneedling), and chemical/medical peels.
• Assess each client’s skin condition and create personalized treatment plans based on their needs.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sterilization, and safety standards in accordance with medical center protocols.
• Provide clear pre- and post-treatment guidance to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with clients to deliver a premium patient experience.
• Actively promote and sell treatment packages, add-on services, and skincare products in a professional and ethical manner.
• Keep accurate treatment records and follow clinic procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare technologies, trends, and techniques.
• Collaborate with the medical and administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or skincare treatments.
• Hands-on expertise in facials, microneedling, peels, and advanced skin treatments.
• Strong sales ability with confidence in recommending treatments and products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology.
• Knowledge of healthcare hygiene and safety standards.
• Previous experience in a medical center or aesthetic clinic is an advantage.
