Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or an equivalent scientific discipline.
• Minimum Five (5) years of proven sales experience in laboratory diagnostic solutions, with strong exposure to Immunology, Allergy, and Biochemistry portfolios.
• Demonstrated successful track record with MOH and NUPCO business, specifically within the Western Region.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive sales growth.
• Proven ability to supervise, guide, and support a sales team to achieve targets and ensure business expansion.individual.
