Product Specialist – Aesthetic Products (Al Ain/Abu Dhabi)

About the Job

We are looking for a Product Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in selling aesthetic or dermatology-related products to join our growing sales team.

This role is target-driven and field-based, responsible for selling aesthetic products to clinics and doctors across Al Ain and Abu Dhabi.

If you are looking for a purely clinical or support role, this position is not suitable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively sell aesthetic products to clinics, dermatology centers, and aesthetic doctors
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory
• Conduct product demonstrations to support the sales process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic decision-makers and doctors
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active customers
• Monitor competitor activity and pricing in the market
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order execution and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of sales experience in aesthetic / dermatology / cosmetic medical products
• Proven experience selling to clinics or doctors
• Willingness to travel extensively within Al Ain & Abu Dhabi
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but realistic for sales)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
