Tender Executive – Medical

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Executive – Medical, located in Doha, Qatar. The Tender Executive will manage and coordinate the preparation, submission, and tracking of tenders and proposals for healthcare projects. Responsibilities include analyzing tender requirements, ensuring compliance with tender regulations, maintaining records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop competitive proposals. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and medical technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Medical Affairs and Medicine
• Experience in Healthcare Management and Strategic Planning in Qatar
• Clear Overview of Qatar’s Medical market
• Ability to perform in-depth Research and analyze data effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in tender processes and compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; background in healthcare or medical sciences is a must
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
